against ten cents a file and nothing else.
Customily is a capable personalizer, particularly if you sell across marketplaces. The question worth asking is what it costs once volume arrives, because the headline $49 is the smaller half of the bill for most shops.
Published plans, side by side.

|---|---|---|---|
| Customily | from $49 per month, per platform | $1.00 per unique personalized item for the first 100, then $0.50, $0.25 and $0.10 as volume rises | unlimited products and options on the paid plan |

Competitor figures are their published plans as of August 2026, taken from Customily pricing page . Prices change, and plans can differ by platform and region. Check the current figures before making a decision. Print.App charges $0.10 per print file download after 100 free each month, with no subscription and no fee tied to your order value.
Figures are from Customily pricing page, as of August 2026. To be fair to them: the fee is charged once per unique personalization, so five identical items in a single order count as one, and sales across several stores on the same platform pool together to reach the cheaper tiers sooner.
At 500 unique personalized items in a month, Customily is $49 for the platform, plus 100 items at $1.00 and 400 at $0.50, which is $349. The same month on Print.App is 100 free files and 400 at $0.10, which is $40.
The per-item rate does eventually reach $0.10, but only above 10,000 items a month, and the subscription stays underneath it. Print.App charges $0.10 from the first billable file with nothing underneath. If you sell on two platforms, the Customily subscription is charged twice; Print.App has no subscription to double.
If your business runs on Etsy and Amazon, that reach matters more than the per-item arithmetic, and Print.App does not currently serve those channels. Print.App is built for print shops running their own storefront who care most about what comes out at the end: a file the press can run without anyone opening Photoshop.

As of August 2026, plans start at $49 a month per platform, plus a per-item fee of $1.00 for the first 100 unique personalized items, $0.50 from 101 to 1,000, $0.25 from 1,001 to 10,000, and $0.10 above that. There is a 9-day trial. Check their pricing page for current figures.

Yes. Customily reaches marketplaces Print.App does not, including Etsy, Amazon, Walmart and Shoplazza, and its print-on-demand fulfilment integrations are more developed. Its per-item fee is also charged once per unique personalization, so five identical items in one order count once.
