Print.App now runs on Shopware 6. The app supports Shopware 6.6 and 6.7 on self-hosted Shopware and Shopware PaaS, and there is a live demo store you can try right now.
The German-speaking market is the world capital of online printing, and Shopware is its home platform. If you sell print products through Shopware today, the design step probably still happens over email: artwork arrives as attachments, gets checked by hand, and is matched to orders manually. Print.App closes that gap. Your customers design in the browser, on your product pages, and every order arrives with its print-ready file.
Print.App ships as a Shopware app, not a plugin. That means:
One caveat worth stating plainly: this is for self-hosted Shopware and Shopware PaaS. Shopware Cloud only runs extensions installed from the Shopware Store, and Shopware has temporarily paused onboarding of new Extension Partners while they rework their review process. We will list the app there as soon as applications reopen; until then, Cloud shops are the one group we cannot serve.
PrintApp.zip from the latest release and upload it under Extensions in your Shopware admin. The full walkthrough is in the Shopware installation guide.
Nothing changes about how Print.App charges: no subscription, no commission, no per-order fee. You get 100 print file downloads free every month, then pay $0.10 per download. A 12 euro mug and a 1,200 euro signage job cost exactly the same to process. Shopware does not tax your revenue, and neither do we.
The demo store is a stock Shopware 6.7 site running the app with five products, from business cards to banners. Open one, hit Personalise Design, and see the whole flow before you install anything.
The app is open source under LGPL-3, and the code is on GitHub. Questions, ideas, or a store you want help setting up? Find us on Discord or write to support@print.app.
