In Shopware, the project files are available from the order in your admin. Navigate to Orders and open the order, then use the Print.App files action from the ”…” menu on the order detail page. A dialog lists every customized line with the customer’s design preview and download links for the print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG and TIFF files, plus a Modify Project link that opens the project in your Print.App admin. Orders are also synced to Print.App automatically when they are placed, so you will find them with the buyer attached under your projects as well.
