Turn on the new editor
In the dashboard open Settings and switch on Switch to new
Editor. Gang sheets need it; without it the design type is not
offered.

Create the Gang Sheet design
Go to Designs, choose Create New Design and pick Gang
Sheet. The configuration panel opens instead of the studio — a
gang sheet has no canvas to draw on.Give it a title customers will recognise, such as 22” DTF Gang
Sheet, and leave Builder mode on Gang sheet.

Set the film
Under Film and billing enter your roll: width (22”), the
longest sheet you will print on one piece of film (120”), the
shortest you sell (3”) and how you bill it (per inch). Under
Nesting set the gap you need to cut pieces apart; 0.125” is a
safe start.The defaults match a common 22” DTF setup, so this step is often
just a check.

Choose the quality floor
Under Quality keep Minimum DPI at 300 and Low DPI blocks
checkout on unless you are happy to print soft artwork. The
builder tells customers the exact size that would pass, so a block
is rarely a dead end.

Connect the price
Under Pricing set Price target to
po:dimensions and
Price display source to po:price. Then, in Print Options,
create an option set from the DTF Gang Sheet template, adjust the
per-foot rates, and publish it to the product.No Print Options? Point Price target at your theme’s quantity
input instead and price the product per inch. Pricing
compares the paths.6
Assign the design to a product
Save the design, then assign it to the product the same way as any
other design. The product page shows the Print.App button; clicking
it opens the builder.

Place a test order
Open the product, add two or three PNGs, set sizes and quantities
and watch the sheet pack and the price move. Save, add to cart and
check out. Then open the order’s project and download the print
file — you should see a transparent PDF the width of your film.
Optional extras
- Design tools. Text, gallery, image edit and outline are on by default. Switch off any you would rather not support; the buttons disappear.
- Welcome message. The text in the empty list before the first upload. Use it for file advice: transparent PNGs at 300 dpi, no white boxes.
- Graphics for the gallery. Assign a profile with graphics folders to the design and the Gallery button lists them. See Assign resources.
- Transfers by size. Duplicate the design, switch Builder mode, and price the product by area. See Pricing.
