A saved gang sheet is an ordinary Print.App project: it appears with the order like any other design, and you fetch its print files the same way. What differs is what is in them.

The print file

The PDF is what the RIP gets. If your workflow wants a raster, the same render is available as a 300 dpi PNG with alpha, which is what most DTF printers take. Both come from the project’s Download actions and from the platform integrations below.

Order line properties link to the project; download from the Print.App app’s orders page.

Files are listed on the order in WooCommerce.

Other platforms

PrestaShop, OpenCart, Odoo and Shopware follow the same pattern.

What the order carries

Besides the project link, the saved design reports its canvas: film width, billed length, unit and the number of sheets. With Print Options this is what the widget prices from and what appears on the line. In Transfers by size the order also carries the per-design breakdown — each design’s size and copy count — for the production ticket.

The customer only ever set sizes and copies, but a print sheet still exists: the builder packs every copy onto film in the background at save, so the project’s print file is ready for the press without any manual nesting. Overflow sheets apply as in gang sheet mode.
