Pagination

List endpoints return one page at a time:

limit sets the page size (1–100, default 20).
To get the next page, send the previous page’s nextCursor as cursor, with the same filters.
On the last page, hasMore is false and nextCursor is null.

The cursor is opaque. Don’t build or edit one: it is signed and tied to your account, and a modified cursor answers 400 with param: "cursor".

With a filter such as status, a page can hold fewer than limit items, and the last page can even come back empty while hasMore was true. Keep going until nextCursor is null.
