# FAQs

> What Template Studio can and cannot do: products, fonts, your logo and brand, finishes, editing, and what to do when a draft is not right.

> **Is this an AI image generator?**
>
> No. An image generator gives you a picture. Template Studio builds a
> Print.App design: real pages at the product's size with bleed and a
> safe area, text your customers edit through fields, photo and logo
> frames they fill, locked decoration, and print modules like QR
> codes. You can open it in the editor and change anything, like a
> design you made yourself.

> **Which products can it design?**
>
> Business cards, cards and invitations, gift tags, menus, funeral
> programs, apparel prints, mug and tumbler wraps, labels and
> stickers, ornaments, gift wrap, banners and posters, signs and
> flags, in the sizes listed on [What is Template Studio](https://print.app/docs/template-studio/introduction.md#products).
> If you ask for something else, it tells you it cannot make that
> product yet.

> **Can it use my fonts?**
>
> Not yet. Each direction uses one of twelve tested font pairings:
> Modern sans, Geometric sans, Classic serif, Elegant serif with
> script, Luxury serif, Editorial, Warm and crafted, Bold display,
> Retro, Playful, Friendly rounded and Slab. If you ask for a font
> that is not among them, a **Good to know** note names the pairing
> used instead. After keeping, you can change fonts in the editor.

> **Can it use my logo, brand colours or graphics?**
>
> Give your colours in the brief or in **Colours** and the palette
> follows them. Logos go in a logo frame with a placeholder that you
> or your customers replace. Artwork comes from the Print.App
> graphics library; your own uploaded graphics are not used yet.

> **Can it add foil, spot UV or white ink?**
>
> Not yet. If you ask for a special finish, the design uses an
> ordinary ink instead (gold ink for gold foil, for example) and a
> **Good to know** note tells you.

> **A draft is not quite right. What should I do?**
>
> Type what to change in the note box under the draft and click the
> try-again button: it redraws that draft with your change. With the
> box empty, you get a fresh take on the same direction. Drafts are
> free. If the draft is close, you can also keep it with a note,
> which is applied while it is finished.

> **What is the difference between a change and editing it myself?**
>
> A change (three are included with each kept design) is done for you:
> describe it and Template Studio updates the saved design. You can
> also open the design in the editor at any time and edit it
> yourself; that does not use a change.

> **Where do kept designs go?**
>
> Into the folder you had open when you started the brief, as
> ordinary designs. Assign them to products like any other design.

> **How long does it take?**
>
> About a minute to plan and draft, one to two minutes to finish and
> save a kept design, and about a minute for a change. You can
> minimise the panel and keep working meanwhile.

> **What happens to drafts I do not keep?**
>
> They stay in the panel until you click **Start new**, and are not
> charged. Only kept designs are saved to your Designs.
