# How to access files

In Shopware, the project files are available from the order in your admin.

Navigate to `Orders` and open the order, then use the **Print.App files** action
from the "..." menu on the order detail page.

A dialog lists every customized line with the customer's design preview and
download links for the print-ready **PDF, PNG, JPG and TIFF** files, plus a
**Modify Project** link that opens the project in your
[Print.App admin](https://admin.print.app/projects).

Orders are also synced to Print.App automatically when they are placed, so you
will find them with the buyer attached under your projects as well.
