# How to access files

In Odoo, the project files are listed against each order in your backend.

Navigate to `Website` >> `eCommerce` >> `Orders` (or the Sales app) and open the order.

Orders containing customized products show a **Print.App** tab with, for every
customized line: the customer's design previews, download links for the
print-ready **PDF, PNG, JPG and TIFF** files, and a **Modify Project** link that
opens the project in your [Print.App admin](https://admin.print.app/projects).

The customer's own previews also appear on their order confirmation page and in
their portal. If you enable **Customer Download Link** in the Print.App settings,
customers can download the print-ready PDF of their design from their order page
as well.
